Additional Policies for mile.com Purchases

Refund Policy. Except as expressly stated otherwise in the Terms of Use (including supplemental Terms) all sales are final and payment obligations shall survive regardless of termination of use of the product or refund request.

Delivery Policy. Services will be made available for download upon purchase. Should Customer be unable to download the purchased Product, Customer may request a physical copy from HighJump to be delivered by a mutually agreed-to national carrier. Physical copies may incur an additional shipping charge. All physical copies are FOB shipping point.
